Char siew wanton noodles is one of the best I have eaten. Popiah is the traditional type good but pricey. Coffee is good too. Dim sum ok la. Most of the people came for the char siew noodles.

Truly remarkable wanton noodle. Recommend the premium version as the char Siew has a good ratio of fat and meat and melts in your mouth. Noodles were cooked as well to perfection. Service was good as they accommodated to request to have more noodles one one plate and less on the other as my wife wanted less noodles. Strongly recommend to try this delicious wantan mee !

Operation by mostly foreigners but don’t be fooled. The boss keeps a tight watch on quality. And he really knows how to make the best version of his favourite hawker fare. Today we had the har mee. Wah. Sip the first spoon of soup and you are immediately in prawn heaven. Intense sweetness from the prawns. The pork rib meat is not dry and has a good bite. Popiah also didn’t disappoint. Rolled well. Juicy yam bean filling. And the knife skill totally on point. Look at the cross section, everything is perfectly julienned. Loh pan mee also just look glistening in glory served in a ceramic blue bowl. Uncle and his team really has passion lah.

Sunday, 11am: Located inside Taman Desa Yong Tau Fu & Dessert (occupying the front entrance spot). Most ppl are there for Wing On's glassed char siu wanton mee that comes with 3 pieces of pork lard and 3x wanton in soup. The glassed char siu was good but not really melt in mouth, noodles were springy but a little too hard, wanton are in good size and good taste. This kopitiam also serve yong tau fu which tasted mediocre.

UPDATE: The prawn mee & lor mee stall has moved out of the premise. Replaced by a char kuey teow and popiah stall + an addition of a chicken rice stall too. CKT taste was abit bland for me as I asked for no siham & chili- wok hei also abit lacking otherwise portion is quite big. Popiah- original was tasty and packed with filling Came to this place back in after seeing someone recommending their wantan mee noodles with their signature glass/ bo lei char siu. Their premium char siu had a good balance between meat & fat noodles were springy too. The prawn mee hit the spot with a good strong tasty broth- generous portion of prawns, pork cracklings and egg too Second time: takeaway Ordered takeaway with the usual WTM and prawn mee plus their prawn lor mee. Loved the combo of broth- tasty and generous in portions. I love the hard boiled in my noodle. Service was exceptional by Machi. You can pre-order with him and pick up later
